Well Mama Birth Services was born from my desire to share this knowledge and create a space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported throughout her birthing journey. I believe in a holistic approach to birth—one that honors both the physical and emotional experiences. When women are treated with care, respect, and compassion during pregnancy, they birth with strength and grace. There is a deep calling to carry forward the legacy of the women in my family. They taught me to trust myself, my body, and the sacred process of birth. Their wisdom is at the heart of everything I do as a doula.
Birth can be unpredictable and raw, but YOU. CAN. DO. THIS. I believe every woman has the innate power to navigate this journey, and my role as your doula is to help you tap into that innate power and strength. I will stand by your side as you surrender to the transformative experience of birth and trust in their own power.

The Call to Birthwork
A doula is a professional support person who provides educational, emotional, and physical support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. While a doula is not a medical professional, we are well-educated in the processes of childbirth and newborn care. I support families in various settings, including hospitals, birth centers, and home births.
I’m passionate about advocating for maternal health. In the greater Sacramento area, our community of birthworkers collaborates to ensure that every birthing person feels supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.

Prenatal & Birth Support
I want to support you on your birth journey, offering guidance into your birth experience. We’ll integrate ancient wisdom and modern insights to create a nurturing environment for you and your baby.
This can range from birth plan prep, in person birth support, virtual care, or something different!
Postpartum Care
Postpartum support is informational, emotional, and physical support after giving birth. It is different for each client but can include light housekeeping, sibling care, meal preparation, newborn care and more!
Placenta Medicine
The decision to honor or consume your placenta is personal. The placenta is a unique, irreplaceable organ that nurtured your baby and holds both physical and spiritual significance. Whether you choose to consume, bury, or honor it in another way, I stand by you. I offer encapsulation, ceremony, or honored disposal.
